Access & Parking Advisory

For guests staying at the Royal Anne Hotel, May 15 – September 5, 2025

Please be advised that Bernard Avenue will be temporarily closed to vehicles, due to a very cool ‘pedestrian only’ zone, in place throughout high season.

To gain access to the hotel, cars may cross over Bernard Avenue, on Water Street, turning right into the one-way alley - behind the CIBC & hotel. Please refer to the photos for clarity.

Onsite parking is limited to our underground parkade (key access required), and behind the hotel in our overflow area. Picture 3 - shows access to the hotel parkade.

DO NOT park behind the CIBC!! They will tow your vehicle.

Convenient offsite parking (on a space available basis) can be located at Chapman Parkade - on Lawrence Avenue, between Water and Pandosy Streets. The parkade offers FREE parking most evenings between 5:00pm and 9:00am, and NON major event weekends.
