DRIVING DIRECTIONS & PARKING ADVISORY

Due to the partial closure of Bernard Avenue for “MEET ME ON BERNARD” incoming guests should be aware of traffic diversions, in place for the duration of the summer months.

If you are entering Kelowna FROM the South & are turning left off the bridge onto Abbot St/Bernard Ave, you should stay on the right-side of the left-hand turn lane, so you can immediately turn right onto Leon Ave. Leon Ave is a ONE WAY street. Merge over to the left lane & drive down Leon for 1 block, to Water Street. You will then turn left onto Water Street, cross over Bernard Avenue, and turn right into the one-way alley, immediately behind the CIBC & Skinny Dukes.

For guests entering town from Vernon or the Kelowna International Airport (heading south on HWY 97), turn right on Water St., cross over Bernard Ave, and turn right into the one-way alley, behind the CIBC & Skinny Dukes.

DO NOT park behind CIBC - they will tow you!

Park behind the hotel where blue & white signage indicates parking is for guests of the Royal Anne Hotel.
